Why do people like ray william johnson?

I just watched a Nigahiga video, and there was this comment about Johnson beating him in the most subscribers. How did that happen? I clicked on a Johnson video and I was like OMG! He cursed like 10 million times. And all he was doing was reviewing all of the other people's videos, and there was this voice of this stereotypical foreign guy... not funny at all! Can you please explain to me exactly why so many people like him and would subscribe to him? And by the way, I'm talking about YouTube...in case you haven't noticed.
