Is this 2 much for my tank?

I have 1 male dwarf gourami, 3 red wag platties, 5 ghost shrimp , 5 albino cories, 2 albino bristlenose plecos right now, I want to get 3 swordtail(1 male 2 females) and 5 neon tetras or 5 glolite tetras. Is this to much? Don't worry I have a female betta to eat some of the babies. So is this to much, don't say anything that is annoying like 1 inch of fish per. Gallon because EVERYONE NOS THAT!
