Is this normal or should i be worried?

ok me and 2 of my friends were snorting nutmeg (we were using my one friend's account but she cant ask any more today) and my one friend is acting weird. ok so we definitely all feel the trip starting and we're all giggling like if we had smoked weed. but my one friend cant sit still and she's like wagging her tongue outside her mouth. she's like shaking her head real fast and laughing real loud and jogging in place like a maniac. is this normal?
